Interview
1st and 2nd step met w the local RM. She was new to the role and you could tell was reading off a "script" of questions and interview protocol to follow. At the very end, she went into a role play without telling me and through me off guard.

Question 1
The role play that was unannounced and was entered into directly from a conversation that we had regarding a product. There was no announcement or setting of expectations. I did not even know we were "role playing" until half way through!
1st round was a Phone Screen. Followed by an in person with DM & RBD. Followed by a trip to Boston for panel interview with many situational interview questions
