Interviewed with the recruiter in October and was completed ghosted after I was sent an assessment to complete. I followed up via email and still didn't get any response. If this is how candidates are treated I can only image how they treat their employees.
I have interviewed with Holman twice in the last year and unfortunately both experiences have been extremely poor. I was compelled to leave this review after the recruiter promised to send me an assessment, then completely ghosted me despite email and phone call follow-ups. Ultimately I withdrew my application because I have no interest in working for a company that presents such an incredibly poor candidate experience.
