The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Brea, CA)
Interview
Very simple. You usually meet with the store manager or the district manager and do average management interview. They want to know if you would be a cultural fit, as well as, see if you have the necessary experience to lead a team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Very easy - just a couple of questions. First round is similar to associate questions. Second round (with DM) is more managerial questions. My interviews were in person, but the interview with the DM could be remote.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Berlin)
Interview
First I had an online interview where I answered some computer generated questions. I had to record myself talking and send them off. It was about 4 simple questions. Following that was an online interview with a representative from HR. This took just over an hour, it was mostly a friendly chat about me and my past work experiences. Following that was an in person interview that took around 45min. This was more job specific, focusing on why I want the job and why I’d be good at it. The last step was having an in person “meet and greet” with my potential direct boss. This was a half hour to hour chat with my new boss in person. Also very friendly.
