Standard interview questions - "What was a difficulty you experienced working in a team environment, and what did you do to overcome this so difficulty"? Group interview was held, answers taken in turns, no cross-discussion. Relaxed environment, held outside the store, best if one exhibits attractive personal qualities in interview, parallel to the "laidback" lifestyle the Hollister image.

It was very easy. they asked you about your retail experience and asked behavior questions that were very easy to answer. So I thought it was straight forward in my humble opinion
