Interview
Filled out an application in-store, you set up your interview date during the application itself. They hold interviews on tuesdays/fridays, and it is a group interview. Just wear hollister and look nice. You don't have to be qualified or anything. They ask about 5 questions total. 'Give an example when you worked well with someone' questions like that.

What does diversity mean and is it important in the workplace?
It was very easy. they asked you about your retail experience and asked behavior questions that were very easy to answer. So I thought it was straight forward in my humble opinion
Apply online and invited to group interview with approx. 5 other people. The interview is in a casual environment e.g. in the shopfloor, interviewer was welcoming and easy to get along with
