When you apply for either a impactor or a model position, you can apply either in store at a kiosk or online. If you want to apply online just ask someone at the cash wrap, and they'll handle you a piece of paper giving you a website to the application and a password to enter the website. Once you fill out the application you will be able to pick an interview date of your choosing. The interview dates are every Tuesday and Friday at 4 sharp. Sometimes the managers will call you to confirm your interview date, but it's not necessary. Once you arrive at the store for your interview, you will be asked to sit in the "lounge" until the manager is ready. The interview is a group interview, so there will be other people. Once the manager is ready, he or she will gather up all the interviewees, and you'll probably be taking the interview at the mall's food court. The manager will then read a expectation paper on what the company expects from you once you are hire. After that the manager will then ask all the models specific questions, then the impactors will be asked specific questions, vice versa taking turns between questions. The models are asked questions that are more related to social skills wheres the impactors are asked questions that are related more to working skills. Both the models and the impactors will be asked a diversity question. +During the interview process the manager scores everyone based off of their answer except for 2 parts for the models. The 2 parts that the manager is scoring for the models is the way they look, and how outgoing they are. The manager will be looking for "naturally good looking models". The interview shouldn't last more than 45min. After the interview is done, if you get hired they will call you exactly 1 week later. When they call you, you will be given a orientation day which is usually on Sunday. You and maybe some other people that got hired will watch a loss prevention video, and the impactors will watch a additional video concerning the work that they will be doing. You will also be given your associate's card which you will be able to use your employees discount and buy their uniforms.
