Interview
-2 in person interviews, 2 writing projects have to be completed within 24 hours
-questions asked including "can you handle long hours?"
"tell me the difference between a successful investment advisor and a good investment advisor"
-each interview was 30 minutes long
-relaxing, all behavioral questions

I took about 3 weeks. The first interview was with the advisor. The second interview was with the 2 people, 1 director and 1 senior advisor. The culture of the company is aggressive. The full time employees are young and energetic. They are very nice in general. You just need to prove that you have high commitment to sell.
