I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hollingsworth (Dearborn, MI) in May 2024
Interview
There's about three rounds including the phone screen which is very simple and starightforward. Followed by an onsite interview, and then a final virtual interview with the manager of whatever team you will be on. The onboarding is fairly flexible and quick as well.

How do you handle dealing with large amounts of data?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hollingsworth (Dearborn, MI) in Feb 2025
Interview
Fast process, and straight to the point. Interview consisted of 2 rounds. First round was with the hiring manager, second round had both the direct hiring manager and a buyer
I was offered a job offer from Hollingsworth for the Buyer position. However, my job offer was rescinded when I tried to negotiate my salary. When I asked for more info on the situation, I was told by HR that the VP made a hasty decision and wanted a meeting with me (HR did not have much details about the meeting) and wanted me to meet other members of the company. I went into the meeting thinking that there was a possibility of discussing the job offer. After being interviewed for over an hour, the VP revealed that he had already given the Buyer position to someone else. Not even two minutes after, the meeting was over.
We’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Business needs can be fluid and we have to adjust roles to meet customer demand – sometimes during the hiring process. It is important to us that candidates and hiring managers have the opportunity to meet each other before making a commitment. We’d rather take extra time to make sure both parties feel comfortable and are excited to work together.
