Holland Hospital interview questions

You meet with 3-4 people (manager, two nurses, educator) all who work on the unit. They each take a turn asking a number of basic interview questions. You can also be scheduled to come in a “shadow” for four hours to get a feel for the unit and the position.

Brief and Quick. Tim was very easy to talk to and provided clear guidelines and expectations for the role. The Interview had very basic IT questions and open discussion on flexible work schedule.
