Dear candidate,
Thank you for providing feedback about your interview process. We take this very seriously, as we continuously want to improve as a (potential) employer. We are truly sorry to hear that the application process didn’t turn out to be what you would have wished for.
For our sales and account management roles in Greece we have a 3-step application process: a 30-minute interview with HR, a 60-minute functional interview with the hiring manager, and a final step which includes a case study and a coffee chat with some of the team members, so you can also get a feeling of the atmosphere in the team.
If the process turns out not to be successful in the end, our hiring managers always reach out personally to the candidate in order to give feedback, since we also genuinely appreciate the time you invested. Only in case the hiring manager has not been able to reach you, they will send an email; however, there is always the possibility to ask for more in-depth feedback.
Generally, providing a thorough and appreciative recruiting process is really important to us, which is why every interviewer also receives training, and we involve different parties in order to make it fair to each of our candidates.
The reason for the multi-staged recruitment process is that we want to make sure both our hiring teams and candidates are certain about extending an offer/accepting an offer decision. It gives everyone involved in the process a chance to get to know each other well and for hiring teams to assess in detail candidates' skills, cultural fit and experience. We also believe our candidates benefit greatly from our recruitment practices as it gives them an all-round view of our company, goals and values.
Nevertheless, we are grateful for your input and for taking time to share it with us. If you would like to share more feedback with us, we would be happy to hear from you at hr@holidu.com.
All the best,
the Holidu HR team
