However, another interviewer was more engaging and asked thoughtful questions about how I could add value to the team. As someone who met almost all the qualifications, I was not selected in the end and did not receive any detailed feedback on why, which was disappointing given the time I invested and left me concerned that the lack of transparency means the decision was not based on skills, experience, or passion.
