I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2020
Interview
Was interviewed for a Training Manager position in late 2020. The first interview was your typical recruiter via video call. It lasted an hour, and I was informed I would move on to the next round, which would be a 2 person panel in person (during the pandemic). I arrived at the location, and proceeded to interview with a training director and an HR director for over 2 hours. Later I received a call that I would move on to another round, this time a multi-person panel that included a facilitation component (pre-assigned). I arrived to discover I would interview in a large conference room, with over 10 people from various levels and multiple departments. After the facilitation portion was done I was interviewed while standing up, for a total of 3 hours. I was currently furloughed from my original job and was rudely questions as to why I was applying and that they didn't believe I would "stick around" if I got called back. I politely addressed all concerns, and a few days later received a standard email from a general HR mailbox announcing they were "looking at other candidates". No call, no personal note, nothing. The company touts that they care for their employees, but the lack of care shown during the process itself is a huge red flag. The same role was posted a few months later.
