It was the strangest and most negative interview experience of my career. I went through all rounds from recruiter, business development manager and with CEO, Greg Hold. While the first two interviews went well, things started feeling quite strange when I was invited in office for the final round with Greg Hold. It was over 3 hour long interview where I was specifically told to sit and answer questions, while Greg types every word and was not even allowed to ask him a single question. After I had repeatedly asked to meet or interview with the CFO and the actual accounting team, Greg finally said I would not meet them till I start which was another huge red flag. A month went by after that interview with a lot of time wasted without a decision, then when I was informed Greg would call to present an offer, he turned that call into another 2 hour interview session (and was 1.5 hours late to the call) before a holiday weekend. I was quite frustrated dealing with Greg and wondered what type of firm culture is he representing. The end of that call resulted in an offer which I gladly declined and walked away. The office also looked sad and tiny like a dental clinic waiting room. I really wonder why anyone would willingly work here after this interview process. Also the benefits are non existent and unless you have a spouse with better benefits, you would be spending half your salary covering those.
