1. Phone interview by the HR for initial screening (mostly basic screening questions)
2. Online exam - reading, numerical, abstract and personality (really long but average difficulty)
3. Panel interview with the hiring manager and HR business partner (usually questions where they can assess if you are fit for the job based on your past career experiences and career milestones, probed about your work motivation whether you fit to their company culture or not)
4. Job offer through phone
Interval for each process is around 1 to 2 weeks.
