      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hobbs | Madison in Nov 2025

      Interview

      I went through 3 rounds of interviews and emails that were sent for each round said how much the previous interviewer was impressed by me, giving me the impression that I was hopeful for one of the few positions they had open. Come to find from someone else that I know that also interviewed with them, it was a generic template they were using and sent to everyone who interviewed. My second interview was way less than professional. They arrived a few minutes late and informed me they had technical difficulties and were not on video the entire time. They also seemed distracted and short with conversation. The final interviewer also arrived late by multiple minutes and gave the impression that they had better things to do. The interviews were set for 30 minutes each and they only had a few questions and wrapped it up quickly. Overall the Impression I got from everyone was very unprofessional and at the same time giving the impression I was moving forward. A week later I got a generic no thanks email with no personalization. From my experience candidates who get to the final interview, are typically treated with a little more feedback and respect than this. I am not surprised at their rating on here and should have looked closer into it prior to going through the process.
