I completed the recruitment process consisting of 2 interviews and then they just ghosted me. No response at all although I was as they said a `top candidate'. Please improve your communication to the applicants

The typical company that interview people and suddenly disappear, this is specially disappointing when you spend your own time preparing the next interview you send . Don’t waste your time with them.

Interview
Interview went great with the first two interviewers. I interviewed with their boss who was a woman, and she was very short, impatient and unprofessional. Criticized the career I'm currently at now. I knew immediately I was not going to progress in the first 30 seconds based on her tone and demeanor. Probably for the best because if you can't even conduct a civil interview you don't belong in a leadership position.
