Onboarding process needs to be better. Getting through to an interview stage is hard as you first have to 'qualify' per certain rules and not just with a manager first.

Consisted of three rounds of interviews with different departments each round. The last one was the onsite interview with previously department heads and the team you would be working with. Questions consisted of electrical wiring and electrical concepts.
First interview then a second more technical and then they give you a yes or no if you are accepted it was fairy easy interview process just like any other company that you apply to
