First a phone call from HR, very basic HR interview questions and then asked to have a technical interview with Principal Engg, the next day. Techincal interview was resume based and asked about my projects, elaborate them etc. I received the rejection in a few hours. A discussion with my experienced friends opened my eyes, that it was an unsponsored position and I needed sponsorship. Still they interviewed all the applicants for company policies. The sponsorship stuff was not mentioned in the job posting but it was mentioned in the attachment sent to me, by the HR. I don't know how is it wise to waste someone's valuable time just for the sake of company policies.
