HR short list the candidate based on the experience in large EPC projects experience or relevant HVDC experience and send it to Team manager for suitability check and if profile looks OK, HR calls for preliminary check and the Manager book a virtual teams meeting and then F-F meeting with Global team for final round selection.

Interview
The interview focused on relevant past experience and motivation, and included a case study. The atmosphere was very friendly, making it easy to engage in an open discussion. However, no feedback was provided after the interview.
