Hirsch Philanthropy Partners interview questions

The interviewer was late to join me on the call. When she did join, while she was a very pleasant person, it seemed she had already developed an opinion of me based on my resume and cover letter. This is not such a big deal, but the opinion was that I was not the right person for the job. She shared the bias with me, and gave me a chance to talk about how my skills were transferrable, but then would not believe what I was saying, and stuck with her preconceived opinion regardless what I said. The job remained open for a year, so I wrote back again and asked for a second chance. I did get that second interview but she came to it with the same bias and so we were not able to even have a conversation about it. It felt more like she was gatekeeping than interviewing.
