The interview process had 4 steps, but my process moved very quickly. From applying online to offer, it was only about 10 days. The Steps: 1. Phone screening with a super friendly recruiter 2. Take-home challenge based on the role (was given about 3 days to complete) 3. Resume deep-dive for approximately 1 hour with the hiring manager 4. On site interview in San Francisco w/ 5 team members separately for about 30 minutes each I had a really positive interview experience. From the very begining until the end, I could always tell how passionate everyone is about Hired. The whole team was easy to chat with and made me feel comfortable during the process. Although there were 4 parts to this interview, I felt that it really gave me a chance to better understand the company and they were able to get a good understanding of me-- from my work, to my background, to my personality.
