Hire Excellence interview questions

This is a staff agency which you go through them before you get a real interview with their client. The person who I Interviewed with was nice and professional however, after the initial interview I got this foney feeling about the whole thing. I proceeded with the next interview which was with the actual company and the staffing agency certainly outsold this company. I get that this agency gets paid to fill a role for their client however, I feel like this place needs improvement and be more honest about the company when interviewing those potential hires. This way we save each other's time. The interview was cold very cold and not a warm feeling like makes you want to work there. Also, this role has nothing HR related, this is more of a clerical job. There seem zero room for opportunities. This is more of a entry level job for a newbie out of school.
