Quick and painless, they are starting to look for more qualified reps versus associates to hire. Typical to be done with interviewing after one round of interviews. As long as you study with the brand is all about and the competitors in the market, you should be fine.
3 steps of interview getting more detailed and higher positioned personnel. They brought it from recruiter, manager, director. Asking more deeper questions and background. Sincerity of being a sales rep.

Interview
Three interviews in total. First call is to screen you, second call is when they go more in depth with you. And the last interview will be in person. Pretty straight forward just like most interviews.
