First interview is with the Head of Customer Success. She is very kind and didn't ask extremely challenging questions - just the basic interview questions. The second interview is a panel interview with several cross-functional stakeholders, including head of marketing, sales, p&e, and a few others. The panel interview was not terrible. The one question each person asked was what experience you had in each sector, like sales, marketing, P&E, etc. I was scheduled for the second interview fairly quickly, but after the panel interview, I didn't get any additional notification until about 2 weeks later.
