We had one interview in an informal setting with the three main partners for the regional office, the main partner took lead. It was very friendly and low key. Salary etc was not discussed.
I was initially provided with a considerable amount of information about the firm prior to meeting with a couple of Partners. I then met with several more during a follow-up interview. Very smooth and easy process.

Multi step process. Ends with approval from HQ. Informal until you have to submit documents to HQ for approval. The team that interviews you doesn’t decide if you get the job.
