Great intro chat with the recruiter who explained the role and the team and asked a lot of great questions about my experiences on other teams/products. Since it was a new role on a new team, there was also a very open ended interview with the CEO which was really helpful and pretty unstructured. After that, two structured chats with some team members where they worked off of their standard PM list of questions. Massive respect for keeping that process standard for all candidates, yet still keeping it very conversational and relaxed.
