Interview
The interview process was positive, professional, and well organized. The communication was excellent and timely. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The entire team was engaged and positive which reflects the company's values.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when there was a conflict at work and how did you overcome this obstacle?
Very simple and straight forward experience. Phone interview with a recruiter, a short project to answer scenario questions, then interview with 2 senior managers that included regular interview questions and mock coaching situations. The last step was giving 3 references.

Interview
First you meet with the recruiter, then once approved you answer several questions via email. Once that is approved then you meet over Zoom for a virtual on-site interview. This is a two step process where you meet with two different people, at different times but typically back to back. For one interview you're asked a few questions and then you have to do a role play activity. Where you do a mock coaching session so they can get a feel for how you coach. Then your second session, is with a project manager and they ask you a few questions about how you would handle different situations, and ask about your credentials.
