Interview
You need to submit your CV through anyone who is already working in organization. Then they will call you for 1 to 1 interview. After being satisfied with you, second phase is salary negotiation. If they decided to hire you they will tell you date of joining. Normally they prefer joining date from 1st of the coming month.
