I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hilton Garden Inn (Ronkonkoma, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
I was interviewed by the operations manager in a one on one setting. We sat in their dining room that was very clean and comfortable. I was asked basic questions about my previous employment and then asked questions on how I would deal with guests and operations of the hotel. I was shown around the hotel and given very in-depth information on how the hotel runs on a daily basis.
