Interview
Started as casual through an onsite agency—it was a group interview with some basic physical test (gripping, bending, etc). A written exam was also performed which contained of general knowledge, IQ, and maths.
The internship interview was a valuable experience that allowed me to present my skills and academic background. It also helped me better understand the company’s expectations and how I could contribute.

Why are you interested in this role and our company?
Very easy, I had an interview with the agency after two weeks of my application, the company offers full time after some time working as casual. The induction takes around 4 hours on site.
