Applied online. I got a phone interview probably screening for personality then was extended an offer for a super day type of situation. I interviewed with 3 teams of two, had lunch with the company, was asked to give a 5 minute presentation on myself then was sent on my way. They put me up in a hotel and reimbursed me.

Great company! Fast process and speedy response! I enjoyed the entire process. I would recommend interviewing for this company for any college juniors. Ask questions such as "tell me about a time etc.". Easy questions

the interview process with Hilti is long and extensive. You will go through several rounds of talking with different members of the talent acquisition team before ever talking to your future manager.
One interview with managers. Had to work with HR to fill out paperwork and set up interview time. Was an easy experience and the questions weren’t too hard. Highly recommend coming up with your own questions to ask
