Zu erst Telefon, allgemein Fragen, dann 2x Persönliches Gespräch. Gute Vorbereitung ist eine Voraussetzung. Hilti ist eine tolle Firma, die euch auch in der Zukunft bei Hilti sehen will. Es ist wichtig flexibel zu sein, und engagement zu zeigen. Ich musste malen.. Wo bin ich und wo möchte ich hin. Das Gespräch war echt nett, man merkt, dass die Menschen dort gerne arbeiten. Ich wünsche Euch viel Erfolg.
What stood out in my interview with Hilti was that the conversation was far less about domain expertise and far more about leadership behaviour.
Very early on, it became clear that they assume domain skills can be learned—what they actively probe is how you think, lead, and take ownership.

How would you sell hilti products and how will your past experience helps you?
It was detailed and direct and interesting. It was though provoking and difficult...People were good. company atm was good.. Ambience was good. Was comfortable. Will recommend. Pls prepare in advance. Not too much, but just enough.
