Fairly easy. They know if they like you or not and they hire quickly as well. It was a tour and an explanation of what they did along with a meeting with your future supervisor.

Was recruited over a couple of weeks, taken to the Hills corporate headquarters in Tokyo for a test on simultaneous interpreting from Japanese to English and vice versa using very garbled nonesensical videos.
