I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hill-Rom (Edina, MN) in Dec 2021
Interview
fairly easy, reviewed previous positions, and reason for gap, discussed position, said the process would take a month, but i had a 1 on 1 3 days later an interview and 2 days later they said the position was filled even though they said there was another week of interviews, so they already had the position haired when they interviewed me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hill-Rom (Cypress, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Succinct, to the point, and comprehensive. Have your resume in front of you, and make sure you can explain any gaps in your employment. The process can be lengthy, so have plenty of time to answer. I was just interviewed yesterday, so it is too soon to tell if they will make me an offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hill-Rom in Dec 2021
Interview
I had three interviews- short call with a recruiter, 30 minute with a peer, and 30 minute with hiring manager. The 30 minute interviews were standard. They asked project examples and behavioral questions. The hiring manager was distracted during my interview, texting and typing pings which was discouraging during the interview. The next day, I received an email I didn't progress to the next round.
