I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hill International (Seattle, WA) in May 2025
Interview
Senior HR recruiter called me to setup interview with Hiring Manager and key consultant. Interview went spectacularly, hiring manager wanted me to start immediately but they didn’t have funding or clearance from their client to start me.
Company reposted location to 3000 miles away, I followed up with being willing to relocate to new site once construction started.
Company ghosted me. Never heard back from them again
I interviewed at Hill International (Ohioville, PA)
Interview
Easy interview process. It was very nice and respectful. Team was great and very responsive. I greatly enjoyed the process and it was one of my easier interviews. Great company and people.
