Il processo di selezione prevedeva un primo colloquio in sede, seguito da un assessment test presso uno studio esterno partner dell’azienda, volto a valutare l’allineamento del profilo con le esigenze aziendali. In caso di esito positivo, si procedeva con un colloquio finale in azienda e la formalizzazione dell’offerta contrattuale.

Hiring process was outsourced by HR agency. Very easy interview focused on basic things, previous experiences, interpersonal skills and so on, nothing very specific or unpredictable.
The HR could not answer some questions because of lack of information provided by management for this role.
They were apparently looking for somebody with several years of experience, so I was not the right candidate to get interviewed however I appreciate the interest.
Salary offered was decent.

two hour interview with the CEO and VP Human Resources, a normal discussion around the table. There were no test involved, personal recommendations were very important. A network company recruitment process.
