I applied through university. I interviewed at Hildebrandt Learning Centers in Jan 2011
Interview
Sorry I don't remember. Over all I meet with the supervising teacher and assistant director and director. I then went on to work in the classroom. To see how I did. they made there assent then.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hildebrandt Learning Centers (Harrisburg, PA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Was pretty easy. They calculated to see if I had enough hours working with children and then I had my foot in the door. I had to watch introductory videos and fill out a workbook, which, as long as you didn't fall asleep from the videos, you could fill out easily. I was allowed to work while completing the videos because there were a few of them, and they were decently long. I needed Child Abuse clearances and a background check, etc. and they helped pay the cost.
