Interview
It's a 4-hour Assessment Center, including three parts,
First part is writing a short essay in one hour, then it's a one-hour group discussion in English,
the last stage is individual HR interview, the question will be based on your CV,
Phone interview about some basic information. Asked about my current situation and when I can start to work. Also how is my English? My motivation for applying this position. He also mentioned it would be a face to face interview. The last question is do I have any question for him?
