Quick process because turnover is rampant. I was contacted by a recruiter and went through 4 rounds of interviews in a day that took 4.5 hours. My references weren’t checked and I received an offer within 12 hours.
STAR questions and client conversation role play. Initial phone screen to discuss expectations and salary, interview with hiring manager and final interview with a role play with direct managers, they will make it a challenging client scenario
