Applied online and within 24 hours, a recruiter reached out to start the conversation. The recruiter was very engaging, and sold the opportunity and the company very well. She encouraged me to come onsite asap for a full circuit of interviews.
During my circuit, I met with the CEO and the VPs across Services, Sales, Finance, and Growth (the hiring manager). EVERYONE was engaged and went deep on my skillset to make sure I was a fit. Everyone was collaborative and collegial, and I could tell the GlassDoor reviews on the culture were legit based on everyone I spoke with.
Early on in the conversation with the VP of Sales and CEO, it was clear that my depth of experience was not deep enough based on the questions they were asking. I knew from these conversation it would be a risk to hire me - rightfully so as I lacked the depth they needed. As feedback to the process - to be respectful of everyone's time, this could have been screened for on a call, rather than having me come onsite to find.
Overall, a good experience, very very great people & culture, and a promising product!
