I was asked to deveiop a plan of action and a resolution to a likely scenario that I would encounter on the job, The scenario involved resolving an issue about payment denial on a customer's recent medical claim.

Interview was easy, she said basically they just need people to show up to work. I said I can do that! She asked a few questions of which I dont really remember now but it was typical interview style questioning. Describe jobs I liked and why I liked them etc.
