Prior to the first interview, I submitted a writing sample. The first interview was with one of the vice presidents, and he asked about things I had done in the past. The second interview was with another VP. For this interview the discussion revolved mostly around personality, and to see if I would be a good fit with the team. As of this writing, I am still waiting to hear back if I have an offer.
