High Meadow Homes interview questions

I was approached by the owner of the company and was told I was the kind of employee he was looking for. So i interviewed with him. It was informal as it was just a face to face interview on a job site. I declined to continue the interview process because in the first few minutes of talking with him I could tell he was a micro manager. He also seemed to speak poorly of his other employees and I didn't want to be part of a company like that
