I applied to this company online because their job posting was for an "Entry Level Marketing Analyst." I got a call within hours of my application (first red flag) saying that they had reviewed my application and thought I would be a good match. I wanted to remain open about my options so I set up an interview. When I was trying to find the office in the building, I could not find any company named High Flight Management. I got a red flag when I finally found the suite with the sign One Source Marketing on it because that was not the company I had an interview with. Next red flag was when I walked in and the office looked like the employees had just moved in a few days ago and were still setting up. The girl at the reception just handed me a clipboard with some questions and told me to wait until I was called. Finally, the interview started with their "manager." It lasted about 10 minutes where he asked me a few questions about what I liked doing, where I see myself in the future, and if I want to make good money (nothing related to my past experience and qualifications- another red flag). Although I was asked to give my resume, he did not look at it once. Afterwards, he mostly gave a sales pitch that I could make a 6 figure salary in a matter of months and even have my own office, etc etc etc. After all of this, he said I had qualified for a second round of interviews that he wanted to set up right then and there for that week. I told him I could not as I had another very important interview and he kept trying to push me to cancel or reschedule that interview. Finally, he gave me his cell number to contact him with. By this point, I had become very uncomfortable with his general behavior so I walked out. Overall, stay away from this company! They are not who they say they are! It's all a pyramid scheme and there is no base pay, it's all commission. They advertise fake job postings to get more people to apply for the company. A complete waste of time!!
