After applying online, my 30 -minute screening w/the recruiting manager was scheduled on 8/29 at 1pm. After speaking with her, she assured me that I would definitely be speaking to her CEO when he returns from Burning Man, who would love me, and come on site to meet with the team who would love me as well. So she sends me this EA test, that I answer and send them back..Never heard anything so I follow up, and was told that they decided to move along with other candidates.
I have 12 years experience in executive support and currently work for a super powerful company who has clients like Michelle Obama Foundation, Live Nation, MIT, Stanford, and about 1000 others. I feel that an EA's job is a high impact position, so I would not have wasted my time on this assignment if I wasn't a good "fit", but why lie??
