This is the strangest job interview I've ever had. I was interviewed by two people: a team leader and a software engineer. The team leader asked me various questions about react and react native, and she was looking through some documents, probably she was checking the questions and answers. I'm guessing she didn't know the subject well or wasn't prepared. After that, the software engineer asked some of his questions about react and redux, a couple of them were very highly specialized. I think he knew the subject much better, but he had some problems communicating in English. They asked 10-15 questions, in general, I had doubts about only 3 of my answers. I answered them, but not perfectly. I answered their questions for an hour. I was happy with the interview anyway, I thought it went well. The next day, I received a message from their HR department saying that. They are not going to make me an offer because "You don't know React well enough, and your English level is too low for this position." I was shocked. I'm obviously quite good at technology, probably better than the guys who talked to me, and I speak English fluently. I have no idea why they said that, but from my point of view, it was just very rude and unprofessional
