A briew introduction at first followed by demondtrations of teaching ability using the program provided and rules of working for the company. There were a few demonstration lessons as well as training provided by an experienced staff member. They were friendly and helped when ever asked for help or information required about the position.

Interview
They ask you to describe your teaching experience, your experience working with kids and then do a demo lesson in front of the interviewer who pretends to be a 5-7 year-old kid. They make you feel very comfortable during the whole process.
