HiCare interview questions

Psychometric test followed by Group discussion on a general concern topic to discuss. In depth interview process. Questions were mostly based on work experience and from the information written in resume. Questions related to any failures or push backs. Situation based questions.

Three round of interview. GD, Operational and HR round. They are checking whether individual can handle pressure and query by asking real time sceneries. And also checking problems solving activity. HR and interview panel members are supportive.
