Was a 4 stage interview process. 1st stage was over the phone with the hiring manager, 2nd stage was face-to-face with the hiring manager and her boss (Head of Customer Service), the 3rd stage is an assessment, and the final stage was with the hiring manager and the Customer Service Director. The hiring manager was great, very friendly. They wanted to get an understanding of my strength, weaknesses and what impact I'd make to HiBob.
