The process was well-structured and efficient, consisting of two main stages. First, I had a technical coding interview focusing on problem-solving. This was followed by a comprehensive system design interview. The interviewers were incredibly welcoming and professional. The entire experience felt very comfortable, human-centric, and focused on genuine collaboration rather than just interrogation.

There were 4 steps - 2 technical interviews (code and system design), HR and interview with the dev lead. The first interview was online with two dev guys, they asked to implement a few algorithms in an online platform where the editor is shared among all of us. The System Design interview was on-site, with the team lead I'm referred to and the dev lead of the group. It included explanation of the systems I was working on, and answer following questions related to the described diagram
